Golgi Complex wurde 2010 in Kiel in gegründet. Als geistig-musikalische Paten stehen Gruppen wie TOOL, DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT, und MESHUGGAH.
Gespielt wurde u. a. auf dem Freakqency Roundup, Spiral Of Noise Festival sowie auf dem DREMUFUESTIAS Festival mit THE HIRSCH EFFEKT, CALEYA oder auch der kanadischen
Post-/Drone-Größe NADJA.
